Old Course Spreadsheet

Over at the old forum there formerly was available a course spreadsheet that included the country and/or state in which the courses were located. It even gave that information for where a fictitious course "might" be located. Is that spreadsheet still available anywhere? I can't find it on this board. Thanks.

Finished Courses - Main: Amedal (fictional), Nine Bridges (real)
Other: Austin, Sheshan, Kauri Cliffs, Le Golf Nat. Updates: Whirlpool, Royal Lytham, Royal St George's, Chicago, Chambers Bay, Munchen Nord E
Working on: 2 fictional courses + a couple things...

Cheers Adelade. That might be useful for future LSPN European Tour events, be it tour or handicap. Though I do try and research new courses to see if they will do as replacements.
