My bad-I have a phobia about Myrtle Beach and Florida.
Your original course notes say Myrtle Beach, California-hence the slight problem...

 Jimbo, IN RESPONSE BRIEFLY YOU ARE WRONG HERE AS SC STANDS FOR SOUTH CAROLINA NOT CALIFORNIA.
FROM COURSE #477 REVIEW NOTES THEY IN NO WAY APPLY ANYHOW TO CALIFORNIA NOW AS YOU ARE THROWING IN, WHEREAS BEFORE YOU THOUGHT ART PATSCHECK'S COURSE WAS IN FL OR FLORIDA.

Thanks for the comments.
I watched flyovers of all the holes looking for rock formations and fences and any other detail the course might have that I could include. Do you think you might remember where the fences are that I missed?

Sage..... :cheers1:
Sage, Looking at flyover the teeing areas on course seem to have mower stripe lines that as mentioned in another post make it appear that teeing areas are slanted instead of flat. Your teeing areas mimicked what shows on flyover in your first release of course. The latest release has teeing areas look as if grass has almost died on them unlike rest of grassy areas on course for the greens, fairways and regular rough.

Let's take a chill pill-I was simply reading Pete's review of Art's original version (the 5.8 one).
Nevertheless I enjoyed reading both of your reviews...and have learned a valuable lesson in geography...and Sage's Arrowhead is definitely not the same one...right?

Like I said every real golf club in the world should have a unique name!😃

Jimbo, I SEE THE COURSE REVIEW OF ART PATSCHECK'S FIRST VERSION BY PETE DIXON STEERING YOU WRONG ABOUT CALIFORNIA, BUT THE FLORIDA ONE OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD IS ON YOU. THE COURSE SAGE IS WORKING ON IS IN LITTLETON, COLORADO. INTERESTING TO SEE HOW MANY COURSES NAMED ARROWHEAD GIVEN YOUR THOUGHT OF EVERY GOLF COURSE HAVING A UNIQUE NAME.

I really like the somewhat dark-green look pulled off by the majority of the textures (reminds me pleasantly of Blackwolf Run), but I cant say Im a big fan of the tee texture either, and I also think the course would look even prettier with just a slight bit less pale texture for the greens.

Seems like the layout might be really interesting to play too, but I unfortunately dont think the 3m DEM is enough detail to do the greenslopes enough justice, there are a number of greens that slope strongly and sort of the same across the whole surface without any reasonably level areas for realistic pins, and there are a number of greens that are flat like pancakes. I highly doubt the greens are like that in real life.
Finished Courses - Main: Amedal (fictional), Nine Bridges (real)
Other: Austin, Sheshan, Kauri Cliffs, Le Golf Nat. Updates: Whirlpool, Royal Lytham, Royal St George's, Chicago, Chambers Bay, Munchen Nord E
Working on: 2 fictional courses + a couple things...
