yep...unlimeted mulligans..Gobucks..one of those par 4's took me over half an hour to sink...cant remember which on think it was the 3 wood shot on cuckmere...the p 4 on quintet only took a few mins...theres that 5 % element of luck in all aces...but its a buzz when they drop...

Cant believe this place still exists and alot still play, or do you?
I started playing Links 99 up to 2003 but stuffed if can can remember how many holes in one.. wouldve been a few. Played on
a few teams with Lost Souls i was at the longest. Wondering if anyone here remembers me? I see a few familiar names.
Only had one hole in one in real life at Kilmore GC in Victoria Australia.
Also wondering if RoyHiggi still plays and posts in here... ripping fella and not a bad Links player :)

I have had 1 Hole in One in real life at the 16th at Mornington Golf Club where I used to be a member. I was borrowing someone else's clubs to try. They were Ping 2 irons and I used a 9 iron for the hole in one. I hit the shot, it was straight at the flag, bounced twice and then disappeared. I thought has that gone in the hole or gone over the back. Couldn't see any ball when I walked up there and looked in the hole and there it was. It wasn't in a comp, unfortunately.

I've had a number of hole in ones on Links 2001 and 2003, I did save a couple of them back in the day, but they are long gone I think. Maybe on a hard drive somewhere.

I used to play with a mate who had 4 hole in ones and I'd see him get 2. One on a par 3 at Moorabbin which is gone now, can't remember the hole number and he got one at Rosebud in a comp, long par 3 and played a fade with a 3 wood.
