speed of 3 click meter

Is there a way to control the speed of the meter? Does it get faster as you go from novice toward pro? Any help is appreciated.

The speed of the meter is the same for all skill levels. The accuracy on hitting the snap points (or better stated as the lack of accuracy) becomes more penalizing.

You can YouTube a few vids to see the speed the meter should be. There have been odd occasions where some users have had a really fast meter.
In general, as mentioned above, the meter speed does not change with difficulty.
Golden Bear Challenge is the only game I can think of where you have a fair amount of control over meter speeds.
