It's more than just the clubhouse-the houses behind the trees reflect a true "urban" course...the former Nitpicker is knocked out!!!

BTW-who are the police chasing?

It is a little hilly around that area and that is reflected in the course.

I'm thinking the next one could be NSW. Quite a spectacular location that one.

Thank you for this beautiful course. Nice to see an Austrailian course. Great work.

One thing I have noticed is you get some interesting views on the first tee if you set Normal or any of the Panoramic Golfer views.
Also wondering why the text on the Hole 4 preview is in red.

Colin,
The quality of your work is outstanding. The 2D objects are of the highest quality, a quality that I never thought I would see in APCD. They are so sharp.
This is the quality that I strive for when I begin a new build. Now I know it is achievable. (Unfortunately, I must now return to my current build where I will see all my shortcomings. Drat!

)
Very well done.

. You deserve them.
Ian

You're always too kind Ian and you're a great designer. You should join the effort to never use any of those old TGAs (that have all been bouncing around Links for the past 20 years) ever again.

PM sent.

Just finished playing a round and I have to agree the course is awesome. The view from the tee box on the 10th and 12th was my favourite. Great job Collin, definitely one of my favourite courses….

Havent played a round so I dont yet know what I'll think of the layout but, getting to see an APCD production like this is just simply soul-soothing.
It gets my vote for best planting set for any course that ever existed for Links.
Happy to share all the original TGA images of all the new plants/objects used for Mauna Kea, the Banffs and Sydney with my fellow designers. Save you the trouble of extracting them yourself and all the potential risks of that. It means you'll only get the new stuff too.
Can't recall any image being used in more than one of these courses, so it will be a large set. These 3 (and 1/2) courses are very different so it will certainly be a diverse set too. Not alot of new trees for MK tho - as I needed "straggly trees " for that course and the default palm trees in the APCD are actually very good (as long as you don't make them too big). But I recall using some really nice tropical plants and I think the fountain grasses I used (which dominate in my MK release) were outstanding.
PM your email address, given me some time to get them all into a fully sorted/downloadable format and then I'll send you a link.
Warning - there will be hundreds of TGAs in the pack.
Thanks to everyone who has made given feedback about Royal Sydney!
