Pete,
Thank you for the update.

I have checked the seam blends and found that all the seam blends that include the following textures are incorrect:
First Cut, Deep Grass, Soil, Rock, Tee, and Gravel Path.

I have no idea how this happened as I checked/corrected each seam blend a day or two before uploading the course. (I have been known to miss these as Adelade will testify. ). As I am the only person who has access to the file I should take the blame, but I will put it down to an APCD gremlin.

I propose to upload the correct version with the name "Gozzer Ranch" and I apologise to Andy and those who have downloaded the faulty course.

I will wait a few days, just in case there are any other comments, and upload the replacement course on 1 July, Andy willing.

You probably already know this, and I may be on the wrong track, but when you mentioned the seam blends being scrambled, it reminded me of opening the PANO and changing views and saving it, or SOMETHING like that. There's something about the PANO that will scramble those seam blends.

If I'm on the wrong subject, please forgive my senile rambling.

You're right Dan, making the pano visible in some views (at least the perspective view) will scramble up the seamblend properties, but there is something else that can also cause the same problem, I dont know exactly what it is but I've had seamblend properties being scrambled on my courses on a couple occasions without me turning the pano on, so it is always worth checking a couple seamblends before any final save to be safe.

The Pano could definitely be the reason.
I never consciously have the Pano selected, in any window, however, I do accidently put it on when trying to Display Shapes. If I don't notice it, which is easy, especially in the Top View display, it could well cause problems with the seam blends, especially if I save the course.

I will just have to be extra careful with my mouse control with the next course.

Hadnt played a round on it until now. Wonderful APCD creation, and I really liked how it played too.

I am absolutely in love with the 12th hole. Wow. What an absolute strategical masterpiece design. I never thought I'd consider a hole without any water to possibly be my favourite hole in the world, yet here we are. I am so jealous of the members, getting to play it in real life over and over.

I did see a few floating houses, from 15th and 18th green, but I didnt really care, with the rest of the course being so great.

Well golf gets easier once you start seeing 2 hole cups instead of one, right? Isnt that how that works?

My local golf club had their finalé tournament for the year as a 3-clubs-plus-putter tournament. I figured out why - it's so that they can fit more beer cans and whiskey bottles in their bags.
