Castle Pines
Castle Pines
Congratulations to Steven Lucey on an excellent Castle Pines rendition. There's so much to like about the final. The elevations have been fixed and it now plays wonderfully. Even though it's a large download, the play is fast and smooth. The panorama is as pretty as a picture. The clubhouse is picturesque. I like the new hole previews with the tips on each one. Not anything for me to dislike about this. Thanks for taking the time to make it.

I second that.. very nicely done and two thumbs up!
Re: Castle Pines
I didn't think I would ever see Castle Pines or Mauna Kea get redone for Links. Thanks Steven!!!

Steve,
I had a wonderful time playing a few rounds at this course. You did a superb super job. The course has a lot of character and is very memorable!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Re: Castle Pines
Steve-great job...just one little error. The back tee on Hole 17 should be on the other side of the water near the entrance. You put the tee markers in the right spot (as well as the ball washer and somebody's golf bag) but not the golfer.
When you play from the real back tees you should be able to see the club entrance to the left-you captured it.
And those houses look as expensive as the neighborhood demands!

Thanks guys, and hope all enjoy some fun rounds!
Jimbo - found a source [Blue Golf] showing - at some point in time - the back tee was where I left it on 17. Ergo, I am satisfied.
Thanks to both Jimbo for the detailed critque - I know it had to consume many hours putting it all together. I implemented as much I could, Jimbo. I think its well represented. And, the tee markers and 18th flag object was kind contribution of Sage - I thank you.

Re: Castle Pines
Hey Steven, are you working on updating any other older courses? Kapalua Bay maybe?
