Invisible tee markers

Post by sagevanni »

Hi everyone,
I need a detailed tutorial on making invisible tee makers so they DO NOT show up in the game. I need NO markers to be visible.

Anyone?

Hey dwg,
For one some people like to make their own 3D markers and place them where they want or 2D ones also.

My reason is the course I am working on specifically states they have no markers. You can place the ball to tee off anywhere you desire.

I realize in the game you can only move the ball in tee of position within the game prescribed limits of the tee boundary. Still the course I'm working on has none so I want to show it that way.

Thanks for the explanation.

That is quite unusual for a course.

Ballyneal Golf Club features no tee markers, allowing players to choose from multiple tee areas for each hole based on their desired challenge and playing conditions. This design promotes match play and strategic variety, with yardages ranging from 5,210 yards (Red tees) to 7,147 yards (Black tees) across the Par 71 championship course.

Ballyneal Golf Club is notably windy, with gusts that come from all directions due to its location atop the massive Chop Hills sand dune in Holyoke, Colorado. The course is designed to mimic true links golf despite being inland, featuring firm, fast conditions and no tee markers.

Golfers must constantly adapt to shifting wind patterns that can change day-to-day, often requiring a two-club wind adjustment in shot selection. Players are expected to play holes according to wind direction—using the front tees into the wind and the back tees with it—while accounting for the 3,700-foot altitude which adds nearly a full club to distance.

I've tried to set up the course property wind conditions to reflect this but setting up wind condition in the game is another option. I suggest playing it with windy conditions.

I'll have a beta release soon.......................
