SAVING A ROUND SUMMARY-BOTH CLUB ACCURACY AND PUTTING

Post by Jimbo »

I see that there's the ability to print your round summary in a pdf file. I tried it and saved the pdf file (so I thought) but can't locate the folder it's in. Can anybody help?

I believe the default folder is your links folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Links2003

That would be Microsoft's Print to PDF capability.

That should indeed be the program folder.

How do you save to a pdf? I've only seen as saving to a txt file.

Use the Print option and what should come up is a print to PDF option as well as your normal printer.

The Print to PDF is set up as a printer driver so it will be usable with any application that can print.

Hmmm, so I don't want to physically print it, but to save to a PDF file. Yet when I save using that option, the file is nowhere to be found and I have looked in the aforementioned location. Also when I did save the file it asked if I wanted to overwrite the existing file, existing file where?

It should be in the Links program folder.

On my W11 installation Links 2003 is C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Games/Links 2003 and it is definitely not there. Not a big deal if it doesn't work out, I was just curious that I was never aware of a PDF option. Thanks for your help!
