Royal New Kent .CRZ update

Post by pmgolf »

I just sent this question to Mark and it involves LinksCorner, too. I'm looking to get a time estimate for the availability of the final for Royal New Kent - 2848.

The LSPN course listing has an item that I'm curious about. Attached is a cut-out from that listing featuring "Royal New Kent", and my question is "What actually happens when you click on "Send Updated download URL.". When you click on "Go>>" you are taken to the course page at LinksCorner.org where you can download the course, but this course (Royal New Kent) has recently been updated, and the listed course id and Key at LinksCorner.org on the sites course page do not match the "Links Course Manager's Course id and Key of the newly updated .CRZ.

Also, the course id and Key on the LSPN Course Listing are also different from the .CRZ's Course id and Key and the ones at LinksCorner.org on the sites course page. The id and Key sets are all different! I know they will be the same before long, but I'm preparing to use the course in an upcoming tournament and I'd like to get some idea of when that will be. Sorry to be a pain about this, but end-of-year is getting close and I'd like to end the year with this course. Thank you!

A day or so after the release of the version LSPN have listed, an issue with the green texture was flagged up.

When Sage produced a fixed version I just replaced the 2848 zip file with this fixed version, instead of creating a new database entry.

So, LSPN members need to download this updated version and the Key and ID values need updating at LSPN.

Sorry for any confusion caused. :notworthy:
