anyway everyone deserves something to make this beautiful game survive.

If you hit the "donate" button when you download, I believe it goes to the site.

I know nothing about that system but it sounds interesting and I would not be beyond accepting a monetary compensation so to speak for a well done course. Having said that I have always had help in one way or the other with my courses so those involved would need to be compensated also.

I just have a great time making courses. It keep these hands busy.

My only problem now is no matter what I do I can not forest plant on my new comp. :wallbash:

Sage...... :cheers1:
Was kiddn around regards "The designer Fund pool".. caveat your work has now become famous within the Hollywood Elite.. Some very well known celebrities' are aware of the level of detail .. and general quality of the courses on here.. so the future looks bright for any upcoming Links designer.. Mike Jones is a distant relative of Davy Jones of the band "The Monkeys" ...and as far I know Davy Jones regularly played Pro Am's with Jack Nichols himself... Kevin Costner is a fan of some courses on here.. Sean Connery also .. but is unlikely Sean will ever donate.. His Scots ancestry ,, so don't be surprised in the near future if your "Inbox" receives "Commission Requests" for certain American courses ,,

Hell No !
If your bored with Game , switch out every other year as i do , as it can become old after so many courses on one game .

Heres what i do , i rotate the Following :
2023 - Links season - Links 2001
2024 - Links Season - Links 2003
2025 - Links Season - Links 2000
2026 - Links season - Links 2001 ...so we are back at the start again.
Make a Course record sheet for all the 2001 Courses
Make a Course record sheet for all the 2003 Courses
Make a Course record sheet for all the 2000 Courses
....................................
Compare your playing records from year to year .
Make a Trophy : Record your best Record for each Year .
..................
In between those seasons i play :
EAs PGA Tour 486-
EAs PGA Tour 96 -
EAs PGA European Tour
EAs PGA Senior Tour ( Gold )
EAs PGA Tour 1999
EAs PGA Tour 2000
EAs PGA Tour 2001
EAs PGA Tour 2002
EAs PGA Tour 2003
EAs PGA Tour 2004
EAs PGA Tour 2005
EAs PGA Tour 2006
EAs PGA Tour 2007
EAs PGA Tour 2006
EAs PGA Tour 2007

I've bought the game for many people, including my children, planning to for nieces and nephews, as well. Getting family to play together hasn't been very difficult. Casual play really has been a good intro to how fun the game is - Classic Swing coupled with the beautiful visuals designers have produced - an addictive combo! The gameplay is evergreen.
The retro-games comment, earlier, is onto something. So, there is still real potential for nice, albeit modest, growth, I believe.

Nothing wrong with that-but when any new members join our little group it's always interesting to see when they were born!
