Is there a version that you can download to your computer and play from your computer, like you still can with Links? All I could see when I searched on PGA Tour 2K23 was versions that provided an Online Access Code or a Steam - Key. I'm not a fan of playing online. Several others didn't even bother to state what you were actually paying for, and the cost varied from $8.99 all the way to $89.99 where you got a fancy putter and some other stuff.

Hey Colin, I've often thought and not out of any ego thing, it would be interesting to have a new column added to the course download page of how many times a course has been downloaded.

Just thought I'd check back in.. that is not ego based Sage ,, and is a good idea.. their is a poll conducted recently.. and the conclusion was .. that any given course dl'd a specific number of times ..the designer would receive a sum of money pooled by all who like and use said course.. the new system has an encryption "GUID" lock system ... so's the designer knows specifically who dl'd the course and donated /or paid you cash directly.. if memory servers that pool pf money has grown to a substantial sum now.. do we expect you to be absent for a little while your enjoying that well earned holiday in Vegas... courtesy of all your hard work... the same system is in place for any other current designer of course..... it is a way of all current players .."giving something back to the designers" who keep the game alive..

I know nothing about that system but it sounds interesting and I would not be beyond accepting a monetary compensation so to speak for a well done course. Having said that I have always had help in one way or the other with my courses so those involved would need to be compensated also.

I just have a great time making courses. It keep these hands busy.

My only problem now is no matter what I do I can not forest plant on my new comp.
