Search for course ID added

This may only be of use to me but I have added the option to search the database for a particular course ID.

The search will always include discontinued courses so there is no need to tick the box.

I've been meaning to get arse in gear and pipe up to say I find this sort choice hugely helpful, so that means there are at least two of us. Please keep it hanging around.
