Mr. Brooks "The King of the Isles" strikes again! Before I start nitpicking I have a couple of quick questions:
1. What's the difference between regular fairways and 3 cut fw?
2. According to Google Maps, the area beside the River Avoca (you call it "Brasphalt") includes a railroad track-if this is a busy line, you might want to include the occasional train.
3. (and you knew this was coming )...will we see that cute little clubhouse?
John, My Wife and I like anything you have put up! Jimbo, give Him a chance, being a Beta . We appreciate all the Uploads and would never Complain ? Jimbo, take your Meds!!!! Just Kidding, but go light on our Course Builders. Make your own Course, if not happy?
I have a reputation to protect!
But seriously the BETA is the place to make suggestions.
Brooksle (and Sage and Adelaide and all the other invaluable designers) know that I love them (right guys?)...and I'm really trying to make APCD work for me too. They are truly our most valuable asset!
Those are just minor suggestions for starters-when I get down to serious nitpicking I break out the Google Earth and a few other websites! These were just a couple of minor details.

"i don't give a daMn about my reputation" ---joan jett
I'm starting to nit-pick (despite objections and having been "escorted" from Scottsdale)
I don't know how much beyond what I mentioned earlier (it's a quaint clubhouse). I looked at the train schedule (how's that for anal-retentive?) and there appear to be only 2 trains to and from Dublin, both of which would pass during "golf hours".
I'll PM you if I find anything that stands out...there's usually very little with your courses-I'm not evil, despite comments to the contrary!
The Nitpicker has done his work. There are relatively few on-course issues...it's a beautiful little club...I see that there are a couple of others too.
