Sounds like you need to run the Nvidia graphics patch. It has more to do with giving you widescreen than Nvidia. Doesn't matter what video card you have.

There are courses with just one or maybe two holes that are unplayable with Challenging conditions that could be made playable with just 3 or 4 usable pin p...

Andy, how about making this a sticky? With instructions this concise, it's tempting to try to learn the APCD.
