Top Cam

Is there a way to switch the Top Cam view from vertical to horizontal? I can do it, but there's no rhyme or reason to it.

It will change if you grab the side arrows to resize, and make it less tall and wider. Though having used that a few times I have found it to be far less user friendly or useful than vertical.
