Re: Focus Like a Zen Master .......
Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein" can be quite soothing. It all depends on one's taste in music. A lot of the music you suggest doesn't help me concentrate at all, it just makes me sleepy. I do enjoy a lot of "ambient" type music, but not as a tool to help me perform tasks better.

Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells really helps me concentrate. I use it if I am trying to learn something difficult to remember or understand and when revising back at School or for test and courses at work.
The toughest shot in golf is your next one.

I'm always playing with the designer's sound...
But I always design with Steely Dan's music
It's a shame to listen something else

Since I'm fortunate enough to sit in my recliner in front of my 70" TV while playing, I never listen to any sounds other than club-striking-ball and ball-falling-into-cup. In the past when I played Links in my home-office I liked listening to sound scripts.
