Welcome back guys. Hope you all enjoyed a little time off before the next stretch of tournaments (6)
FYI - I'm not planing any different tee boxes or anything to compensate for us playing on a shorter course.

I can't wait to see how this course looks after being off our radar for 10 years. Although it will be longer for the pros, the best news I saw about it was no-cut LOL.
Can't wait to tee it up again!

I did have a round on Doral a couple of days ago on my notebook, I apparently set breezy not gusty, but did set SC/FC.
With RTS it played pretty well at those settings, mind you I had a day when my iron approach shots (even a wood) mostly ended up within 2 metres of the pin. Putting did seem OK on a couple of longer putts I had.
I did try to be a little too ambitious and ended up getting wet twice, somehow still shot a 65, no doubt due to those approach shots and a holed pitch shot, my work on the pitch shot paid off for once.
As usual, I expect that to be my best round!
Given with Links we are playing with a wound back ball and older equipment, the shorter length is probably not unreasonable.
