Importing objects into APCD

Normally when I import objects into my APCD object library the screen to select the objects for import is minimized, this allows me to have IrfanView open to view the objects as I select them.
Today when I select Import, the the screen is maximized and there is no way, that I can see to minimize it.
Of course this is a minor irritation, but is there someone who knows a fix for this?
This also applies when I open a course, the window is maximized.
