Gentlemen,
I have asked Andy to upload Quaker Ridge Golf Club.

Quaker Ridge Golf Club was designed by A.W. “Tillie” Tillinghast and opened 1918. The course is located in Scarsdale, New York, United States of America. The course is a private course with a par of 70 with the black tees stretching 7023 yards.

I hope you enjoy playing this APCD rendition of the course.

The Beta version does not include the hole reviews. These I will make and add for the final issue.
Please add any comments to this post.

Ian Wells

Andy and other gentlemen,
Not the best start.
ChuckH informed me that there was a problem with the downloaded course file, Thank you Chuck.
As usual, I have no idea why it happened, but I have sent an updated .crz file for Andy to upload.
My apologies.
Ian

Did have one instance where it gave me a wedge while on the tenth green but couldn't repeat it after that

Only one round so far, life keeps getting in the way.

Course looks good and played well.

It came across as a well polished course.

Thank you.

I've seen this on another course where a portion of the green was outside of the hole boundary as highlighted in the overhead cam.

Well.........I finally found the time to download and play a full round on Quaker Ridge. I think you've done another excellent job on this real course rendition, Ian ! I enjoy some of the "old school" Country Club type layouts. They feel comfortable to play, and remind more of the type of courses I frequented when I was playing actual golf regularly. Not that this course is a total breeze. I found myself in the bunkers about 3 times, and ended up shooting 3 over par.....but it was a fun round.

Once again, you did a superb job with overall planting and details. Of course you also included a beautifully done, and "inviting" 3D clubhouse, with it's "post round" guests enjoying themselves on the patio. That's always a nice touch, even though it doesn't have anything to do with playing golf.
I really didn't give it a "thorough" beta look.....but I didn't seem to run across any anomalies along the way. Thanks again, for adding to the library of courses available in LINKS. Nice work ! :cheers1:
