Hi all…. I haven’t posted here in years, but I thought there might be a few old heads left who remember Art Patscheck, an avid Links player and designer.
Sadly, he passed away last week from a heart attack.
I was lucky enough to meet Art in person several times, and you will never meet a nicer guy. My condolences go out to all of his family and friends.

Very sorry to hear that. Art was a talented designer - only need to look as far as Walnut Grove and Buck Creek to know that - but his classic tutorial "APCD Inside and Out" was a major contribution to helping other designers succeed. RIP

May he rest in peace -- One of the best early designers for sure.

Dexter,
I remember you too - Merion, was it? And, aren't you a musician? (I'm old and infirm these days...

Very sad.
I remember him from the old days and I have a copy of his Tutorial from many years back.

I read through his tutorial when I returned and started doing APCD for real, it is a good one, sad to hear about it but thank you for the news.

So sad to hear that. Loved courses he designed - one of my all time favourites and still play it regularly is Arrowhead SE 2001.
