...and if so how did you fix it?
My top cam suddenly changed from a vertical view (that I've used forever) and
2. The "Windows course has suddenly surrounded by a border (actually Shrunk into a border) that makes it rather difficult to access the menus, especially the Shot Options.

If this has happened to you pray tell how you fixed it...and if it hasn't then I'm the first!

I went from 1024 x 768 to 1280 x 768 32bit and I ended up with a boarder. But the menus at the bottom still showed up and could be used.

The only time there should be a border is if you are in Windowed mode.

Going from 1024 x 768 to 1280 x 768 could be problematic on some systems because you are going from a 4:3 to a 5:3 aspect ratio and if that does not match your system's aspect ratio that could be a problem that I envisage could cause a border.
