Sure looks like a very wonderful course!
But also yikes that looks like a lot of tricky rock, creek and waterfall work to be done in APCD... And a whole lot of flower planting too.

I did a DEM for Castle Pines a while back as per a request. Hopefully it gets completed and released at some point.

Hi Titus, I'm working on the update to Castle Pines for 2024 incorporating the changes to the course that have taken place since 2021. As for the BETA #2 from 2021 I'll have to look when I'm back home.
I believe as Steven Lucey mentioned there were more changes done after 2021. I am thinking more water hazards were added. I was thinking about writing in earlier about this course and am surprised that nobody has yet brought up changes done to another course, East Lake that were done after last year's Tour Championship, which will soon watch today on tv. The most excellent work done by Glenn Braden four years back is for a course that once existed. It will be interesting to see new changes that powers to be wanted to make course over to what once was thought of as in original design by Donald Ross going back a hundred years. Having courses in Links to play same week as pros do has always been something that like doing.

One of the things with East Lake is they literally just finished planting grass in June and they kept the renovation pretty well under wraps. I am having the same issues with the Oakmont renovation but I do have some inside info on that so I should have a good version for next years US Open.
