I suppose some will think it was all because of three bogeys in a row, but it turns out a lot more had happened before that day; the bogeys were likely a result of his state of mind that day, not the cause. Sad, and there are plenty of others out there with zero wins going through who knows what, missing cuts, losing their card.. it takes a strong mind to hang in there. I can't even imagine what Spieth went through at the 2016 Masters, just as an example.
