From the usual page here > https://linkscorner.org/courses/
I click on a course name, then the "Download course" link and the OK button and it just sits, for example https://linkscorner.org/courses/course.php?crz=2767
eventually a page appears with the message "Hmmm… can't reach this page". It used to work flawlessly every time.

Is anyone else having this issue ?

I went to the page you indicated and it downloaded with no problem. Maybe it's your browser (ie. Chrome, firefox or MS crapola or whatever they're calling it now - don't like MS. Try to download it with a different browser.
