Hole previews wont load

Having trouble loading custom hole previews, correct size I know - 298w x 500h, .jpegs, quality 11 on Photoshop. whats the deal? does the quality matter? they are 8-bit also, dont remember having this problem w Colonial. I've tried, quality sliders 6-11 and nothing. get this error message that says 'Cant open JPEG file!'

Only thing I can think of is my holes arent laid out 100% on the checklist, tees and pins not planted yet.

I was able to load a custom flag and logo before this also, along w a Panorama

Dorse, I don't know the technical terms but there is something about the way photoshop saves Jpegs now that wont allow them to load into the APCD.
I create everything in photoshop then have to open them in " paint" and save them again for them to load. Assuming this is what is affecting you.

lol, no doubt. No worries mate, glad it was a simple fix.

Nice hole previews btw, very detailed. Times that by 18 and it would have indeed been some time spent.
