I figured that I'd say it now before things got out of hand. Sorry Australia, Asia, Africa and Central European Linksters...but I'm pretty sure that you're not reading this right now for whatever reason...
England I just missed it, but:
Newfoundland: 5 hours to go (they get an extra half hour)
Atlantic Time in 4 1/2 hours
Most Linksters in 5 1/2 hours
Midwest in 6 1/2 hours
Alberta and the mountains in 7 1/2 hours
And on the coast 8 1/2 hours

Don't ask me to try to figure out Hawaii...Happy New Year anyway (if you''re not already into next year).

Interesting. Would not have guessed that most Linksters lived in the Eastern time zone.
