Links Virtual Tour - New version to release

A new version of LVT will be uploaded today...version number 2022.10.20.
The additional features include assigning a course style to the course (Parkland, Ocean, Links, etc) in the Course Maintenance.
Then in the tournament maintenance, when assigning a course to the tournament, you can select a course type and only those types will appear in the dropdown of courses to select for the round.
This allows you to assign say a Links style course to the tournament. Whereas in the previous version, you would have to know how that course style was defined in Links, or just guess. Now you can select based on course style.
Also, many more courses were added to choose from. I also assigned courses to every tournament. You probably want to change them, but if not, then the tournaments are ready to go.
Also fixed a few small bugs dealing with course/tournament selection.
I plan to make this the last version, unless there is a major issue uncovered.
