Hi all

trying to re-install links on my new computer after my old faithful was laid to rest

NEW PC SPECS

Windows 11
8GB DDR4 Ram
1TB SSD
AMD Radeon Graphics (On Board)

After installation of Links and trying to amend the graphics settings the game is coming back and saying that the graphics card is not supported, any ideas please as would love to get back playing again

ps check the screenshot....and change the device reg value to 1, and the mode value to 14 and run the .exe in windows 7 compatibility mode, chase up the voodoo 3d wrapper software also...hope this helps some....

First of all make sure you have the 1.07 patch and the Nvidia patch installed!

If that doesnt solve the issue - it was me, I'd then proceed to trying:
-Launching the game from both LinksLauncher and LinksMMIII
-Different Compatibility settings (right click LinksLauncher and/or LinksMMIII then Properties > Compatibility)
-Adding your graphic card model to the Links2003\GraphicSettings.txt file
-Update your Graphic Card drivers, or possibly even try older ones.
-Try the RegEdit mentioned above, or different Mode settings depending on your screen resolution. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=478
-Try the DirectX Wrapper viewtopic.php?f=9&t=788

The registry tweak has done the trick, thanks to everyone for their help
