disqualification

I have been disqualified several times in the last few months for no apparent reason. sometimes it allows me to requalify and sometimes not. no rhyme or reason. what is going on with that? and no Im not breaking any tourney rules. sometimes I get docked 2 strokes and then the score is never corrected, sometimes unable to requalify at all.
