Nevada courses

Are there any Links renditions in Nevada? I can't think of any. I'd like to know if there is. There's quite a few in other golf games that have done courses in Nevada. These come to mind:
SouthShore, Lake Las Vegas, JN6
Reflection Bay, Lake Las Vegas, TW06(stock course), TW08
The Falls GC, Lake Las Vegas, TW07(playable in TW08)
TPC Summerlin, Las Vegas, JN6, TW08, TW99, PGA2000
Las Vegas CC, Las Vegas, TW99
Bad Lands GC, Las Vegas, TW99, TW04, TW07(not playable in TW08) This course is now closed.
Shadow Creek, TW08 Often voted the #1 course in Nevada
Wolf Creek, Mesquite, TW08, WGT fantastic course
Montreux, Reno, TW08
Edgewood Tahoe GC, Stateline, JN6, TW08, PGA2000
There are probably others.
It seems to me that the obvious choice for a Nevada rendition might be the TPC Summerlin as there is still a PGA stop there and has been for quite a while. Personal preference is probably Wolf Creek. Any one of these would be welcome, though.

I saw an LPGA event at Shadow Creek a couple of years back, and even though it has some major "eye candy", it looked like a really nice layout, with a few challenging holes. As the cameras moved around the course, I just thought it would be a very good choice for a LINKS design.

It would be cool if someone in the Links community would create the "Edgewood Tahoe Golf Club" for Links. :fcrossed:

Hmmmm. This one looks really cool. I'd almost be tempted...

Unfortunately, this course is not rendered in 3D on Google Earth.

Back to "Shadow Creek".....if you take a look at the many photos of this course online, it looks as though it would be a challenge to get right on the
APCD. But, Danny, I think you'd be more than up to the task. It almost appears as though a custom "mountain pano" may be needed as well ( I'm not
sure ). The bunkers are very sculpted, and the fairways look like they have quite a few 'undulations' too. I, too, think it would be a classy and interesting course to play in LINKS. Food for thought

I gave it a good look over. It looks like it would be quite a challenge to build, and it's a long course. One of the par 5's is 622 yards. The entire course is a tad over 7500 yds.. One thing I noticed is that it's the most expensive course in the world to play. The greens fees are a thousand dollars per person!
