Problem with textures

Hi everybody, i hope u’re doing well.
On Top view, When i scroll up to get a high view of my work, the appareance of the textures change ! And when i scroll down, they’re back .
And when i test the hole on the game, this pb is also happening.
Any idea ? Thanks, nico
