Does anyone want to look at my course and see why it crashes when loading in Links the game....????? I can not figure it out.

Crashed for me too, and I couldnt find any too-large texture anywhere, so it seemed pretty mysterious indeed. The only thing I could think of, was that I saw one texture (the green trim one) was 64 x 64 pixels TGA, so as a long shot I swapped that texture out and re-saved, then the course loaded for me. So most likely APCD gets cranky when textures are too small as well... good old APCD eh [edit: I suppose its more appropriate to say its Links and not APCD in this case]. If you resize the texture to 128 x 128 and reload it into APCD it should hopefully work for you too
