Sub-Files

OK, I'm officially embarrassed...I forgot to download the final Lambton file and I've found sub-files for Sounds, Textures and Willow Trees. What do I do with these? Is there a sub-file somewhere? I know that shadow files are part of the "total package" but these ones are a little confusing.
Can somebody please give me a "walk-through"? Merci
I guess this means that I'm nitpicking myself.

What are you talking about with SUB-file. Sub what? There is a .CRZ file, and that's all you need to be concerned about. That's your course. The other files are to be used in the APCD, or sounds editor, or .PDF's. I don't think you're supposed to do anything with them.
