All of the pin positions showing up on the greens

This may be a stupid question, but here goes:

Months ago, I changed some sort of setting that resulted in all of the pin positions showing up on each green. (I can't remember now why I wanted to see them.) The problem now is I can't figure out how to go back to normal.

Is there an option in the graphics settings that I'm not seeing, or is this something in the startup file?
