I see in system info, it's showing directx9 , even though I on windows 10 (directx 12)

In a nutshell:
dgVoodoo is not a good thing for something that works.
dgVoodoo is good for things that don't work.
If you don't have problems with Links, don't use dgVoodoo. It won't give you any advantages.
