I only saw it when I got close, I did not go in and though it was an interesting way to handle water and it is not unlike what you would see. For me water does not always look blue, green, brown, grey or even somewhat clear are all possibilities.

I just looked at it as another potential way of dealing with water, especially with a small rocky creek. I take the point about it not being marked as a "hazard", I think taking a leaf out of the real golf world would be the way to deal with it by having red or yellow stakes to indicate it, even a note on the hole preview.
