My bias is towards the courses that Links released.
So a nostalgic vote for Pelican Hill.

Thank you for your thoughts on the courses listed.

I am going to try and build the course designed by one of my favorite designers Tom Fazio, Gozzer Ranch. I am somewhat apprehensive as bunkers are not my strong suit and these bunkers are of a style that I have not tried before. So,

It was a close decision in that TPC Sugarloaf has three nine hole layouts and would be interesting to do. Perhaps next course?

I will send a PM to Linkster requesting the DEM download.

In a day or three I will be releasing as a Beta, The golf club at Black Rock.
