Just checking-are "OLYMPIC" (2474) by John and "THE OLYMPIC CLUB" (273) by Matt Desouza the same course?

Yes Jimbo, These two Olympics are the same course, The Olympic Club out by Lake Merced in San Francisco.
Interestingly, this was not John's first time with this course. The first time around with Olympic, there were legal issues for using the name. To avoid this, in 2012 he called the course Western Heights.

When releasing The Olympic Club in 2018, John also released TPC Harding Park and the Harding Park Fleming 9-Hole Course in the space of three days. Fleming is a nine-hole - Par 30 Exec. golf course located in the interior of TPC Harding Park. All within a half mile or less of each other.

If your looking for a wild card from John, try "Marco Simone" . Site of the 2022 Ryder Cup and former host of the Italian Open. A long test, ideal for match play - no pushover with plenty of hazards and awkward greens.
