Des,
Changed as you requested and I still get the problem.
It does seem to be more difficult to find the location where the problem appears, or that might just be me.
At the first location I couldn't find a location where the line increased in width, like the second location.

Colin,
The seam blend where the cart tyre tracks meet the fairway is missing/broken.

In Links I press Shift F11 and change the setting to GPU and I can reproduce the problem as I move the ball around those areas.

Do a Shift F11 and set it to CPU and cannot reproduce it as I move the ball around.

The overlay allows you to temporarily change the settings (or it can write it to a separate config file that is read in sequence).

I'll continue to see if I can reproduce.

Guys can you tell me what CPU's you are using on the problem machines?

I am assuming you are all using the embedded Intel GPU.

The developer has been unable to reproduce the problem even with my saved file. It is thought it may be because we are using Pre Gen 12 CPUs, they have a different driver architecture. My notebook has a Gen 11 in it. I do have a latter Gen 13 system but it also has an Nvidia HBA in it.

I have found 6 locations so far and have saved each one. I will be going back and retesting with altered DDrawCompat settings to see if I still get the problem.

Ian

That tells me it is a Gen 10 machine, When Links is starting it should say the video at the bottom of the screen. Once started if you go into Options and then click on the System Info button at the bottom of the screen the video used should show in the resultant window.

That will say what Links is using.

The display you posted is saying you have multiple GPUs in the system, so it comes down to what Links is using.
