Finished round 4, best round since picking Links back up, 38-35=73.
Double bogey on #7 hurt my front nine, made the turn and got on a mini heater as I birdied the first 3 on the back nine missed a couple easy putts by pulling them left.
Hope I get a cool celebrity to play with next week LOL!

Hi Jim-when I see those numbers I feel a whole lot better!
A lot of Links tournament players shoot scores that would make Scotty (as well as Arnie, Gary, Tiger and the Golden Bear) jealous!

Jimbo,
That is for sure! When I was more actively playing I could shoot -3 or -4 on occasion but still rusty as still getting the feel for chipping and putting.
BTW - I know this is off topic but I finally won the week in the Fantasy Game with half of my team missing the cut! Having Scottie as my captain led me to victory!

As they say on South Park...YOU BASTARD!
Just remember you only get three times in a segment...and this week might not be as good as last week...
I love it when they use the term "inclement weather". I say-as long as the thunder isn't scaring the wildlife and the lightening isn't burning from the heavens they should be out there whacking their balls no matter how wet they get! (That might not have come out right...)
Many years ago my wife and I were driving down the coast to visit a friend in LA. The tournament had been delayed due to "inclement weather" but they were trying to get the round in on Monday, so we thought we'd pay a visit and hopefully catch the last round and buy a shirt.
Although I'm unable to play I like to collect scorecards and sometimes buy $hirt$ (if you call ahead and dress appropriately even the private clubs are usually accommodating).
In case you don't know, it costs damn near twenty dollars just to enter the exclusive community of Pebble Beach (probably twice that much today)...so we managed to get in and even have lunch right next to the 18th green...and watched them squeegy the fairway...then we left...
