2010 PGA Tour

This season is a rendition of the 2010 PGA Tour, and was inspired by Ben Bateson's 2008 and 2009 renditions.
Only the USPGA season has been modelled, as I did not consider there to be enough European Courses for a European Tour, and many courses were still P2P when I started.
