Establishing Handicap

Am I correct in assuming that one has to play 12 rounds of golf at their level to acquire a handicap and to them be allowed to participate in handicap tournaments?

If you're talking about Leagues at LSPN.Net then Yes, it is a requirement set by the LSPN site that you play 12 rounds to establish your handicap.

Also, you can get rid of your double-post by clicking on one of the icons in the upper right corner of your post - I believe it is an "X".
