What is the native (recommended) resolution of your monitor? And what is the highest resolution available to you in the game?
Highest resolution in the game is 1920x1200. My monitor settings are 2560x1440

Thanks for showing the pictures, even though its hard to say anything based on them, its helpful to be able to exclude certain other problems and in case of someone having the same issue in the future.

Did you set up the wrapper?

Not yet. Do I just put Links 2003 as the destination folder for running the wrapper?

Follow the instructions on the Andyhope webpage (link is in the thread for the wrapper), I dont remember any destination selection, pretty sure the wrapper exe can be located anywhere on your computer as long as the DLL files are in the right place, but again its been a while since I did it.

Trying to install the wrapper. In the instructions there is this:

3. Run dgvoodooCpl.exe to configure the wrapper. Configure the settings on the General and Direct X tabs to match my configuration as shown at https://imgur.com/cDIOBh5.

That address does not work so I can't see what settings he has it on. Anyone know what settings when running program?

A lot of the troubles you're having really do appear to be interference caused by an antivirus program. The link works fine. Here it is:

Are you sure you want to get this thing working?

My settings,

you have to copy the four dll files into your Links2K3.

then run the dgVoodooCpl.exe, it starts a program, then enter your location of Links2K3 there,
instead of Windowed on Full Screen, make all settings and save.

This creates a new config file in links. You should now have five new files in Links.

I hope it helps.
