Windows 11 Install

Just purchased game and installed along with the current patch. The game opens but I have some graphic errors. Do I need to install the previous patches also? Don’t really know how to fix my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would help if you would describe - as best you can - the graphic errors. Ex. Sky errors - what kind?

I can open the game. I have squares that appear where I place my mouse cursor. When I go to play there is a separate window around the golfer. Also the overhead of the hole that is in the upper right is blank. I would post a screenshot but when I try it kicks me out of the game. I have tried different settings but nothing seems to work. No idea what to do to fix it.

If you downloaded Links2003 from Links Country Club, the download includes patches 02, 05 and 07.
I used this download on my pc and also installed the nVidia patch even though my pc was integrated Intel graphics. I located all the files in a custom location, C:\LINKS. I then followed Andy's instructions https://linkscorner.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=788, to install the diggerydo add-on. The game then opened for me.

Install the 1.07 patch, then install the Nvidia patch, then within Links graphics settings, select a display mode that says 32 bit, not 16 bit. If that doesnt help, report back and give us some details about your system.

I will uninstall and follow the post when I re-install. Will let you know how it goes. In the guide it says to run dgvoodooCpl.exe but the one I have is dgvoodooCpl.conf. So what to do?

You might not need the wrapper, I recommend trying without it first (the Nvidia patch or 32-bit display mode might solve your issue). Would be easier to say whether you're likely to need the wrapper if we knew the specs of your system. Either way, when you download the zip file from the link, within it the .exe file is there, so you should have it. If you dont have file extensions showing in File Explorer's settings it wil show up without the ".exe" at the end.

I tried 32 bit and it made it worse. As far as the file I mentioned it was the only one there and it was not a exe file. The first time I installed game I did the game first, then patch, and then the nvidia patch. I am not home right now but I can post specs for computer later.

I did a clean install and still have the same issues. No idea what to do.
