Just Fantastic.....lovely stuff Derrick...that's what its all about....when you play a course of any given designer...the re-playability of any given course ...typically boils down to two essentially elements 1 / the level of work/creativity the designer has put into the texturing(and planting...2...of course is the accuracy of the mesh/or DEM...mucho rrespect to Linkster for upping the sim on that level...keep up the great work...

:notworthy: Below is a blend I have done on a course I have designed just for my personal use, its far to difficult to be uploaded. I use it just for a challenge. Never managed Par yet on it :cheers1: It looks more effective as a shore line rather than a pond.

The idea was to make the sand look more wet at the waters edge. its just a case of getting the colour of the sand right for the blends, plus a few more seam blends to do

:dunno: I forgot to add that I cant show how the water looks in the game because my screen Print wont capture anything in Links. :wallbash:

This is the best combination I have been able to come up with on the course I am working on, Any remarks or suggestions would be appreciated as I have never done a shoreline type of course before, just lakes and ponds.

I like the last one but it's a little tranquil. Here's couple of ideas from Chuck Clark courses:

Hi Chuck, It is still in its early stages but no matter how hard I try to do cliffs etc they just dont look as they were intended. Ive opened a few courses to see how the verts have been laid out, Will just have to keep trying.
