Links Extender V2.5

Thanks to Andrew Jones for supplying this.
The program is basically a general release version of the program I have developed over the last 4 years to give us all the tools to manipulate crz files and links. The zip contains a self installing exe file
This version contains 2 specific tools.
1) the texture editor, to allow people to modify the textures on their course including the fairways and greens to take advantage of the new feature in links to play with Custom Texture Properties.
2) the sky editor to allow people to create custom sky files for use in links.
Both applications have help files that describe how to use the application.
