Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Thanks I will try to resort to that if I cant get it to work on my own end, but the problem is Im expecting to have to go through some trial and error of editing TGA > planting on a test course > checking it out in Links > repeat process a number of times before I get the TGAs looking good enough, b...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Finally got around to trying to get it to work again (to import the 3D tee marker object except with my own edited TGA), but it just wont work. For all the below, I tried running APCD both with and without admin. -Tried using same exact name besides the extension throughout - no change. -Tried conve...

Re: New install

Re: Pot bunk walls
Well the good news is that this particular issue with stretched textures in certain places is fixable (Im not necessarily guaranteeing you will be 100% happy with the results, but probably at least 95% happy), the bad news is that it might be a bit annoying to go through... I hope you dont have too ...

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
I've lost track of what you have already tried or had recommendations about, but one possibility is that you've tried so many different things that some of them are conflicting with eachother, so it might be an idea to try to cleanly uninstall Links and get rid of everything (including the registry ...

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
An interesting observation on my troubled attempts to get links working on my surface Pro, when I change the screen resolution to something I've not used before the game loads when I exit links and relaunch it with the same resolution the game doesn't load?? Any idea? Thanks I know, but I don't hav...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
I had the same name during each conversion, but swapped in between - WoodTee.TGA + WoodTee.x and then WoodTeeBlack.XYZ + WoodTeeBlack.prv + WoodTeeBlack.MAP . I'll try again later with same name before and after, but Im guessing it is more likely the 8-bit thing. I will look for some way to convert ...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Oh I dont know too much about Andrew Jones, but my impression is that he could figure out pretty much anything! So that sounds troublesome indeed lol. Linkster must have gotten it to work though, so he's likely about to solve it for us(?)
