Thanks Sage, I did wonder about that as it's a similar name and was released about the same time as I handicapped it.

Well I've downloaded a fresh copy of Birch Forest Hills (course 2597). Deleted my existing copy and installed the latest version via Course Manager. I've still only got one pin position per hole. Just checked my course again and it has the same Course ID and Course Key as that available for download. My version definitely has 18 holes set at position 0.
