Thanks, I didn't know that. There was no shadow either, that would have tipped me off something wasn't right.

Re: Jollyville
ok, I'll take another look. I'm running in 1920 x 1200 so resolution isn't a problem. Just looked at it again, in Practice and Play mode, and now there is a tree. Hmm. I'm absolutely certain there wasn't one last night when I played, because I remember thinking "What's that supposed to be, a pi...

Jollyville
Nice course, I enjoyed the openness of it. I've never been a big fan of trees in your face right off the tee or trees that force you to hit some unreal hook or slice to stay in the fairway, and this is the opposite. Other than a couple of noodly fairways, a very fair layout. One question: I think it...

Re: Windows 11
Windows 11 will only support 8th Gen and newer Intel Core processors, alongside [Intel's 2016-era] Apollo Lake and newer Pentium and Celeron processors. Ha, I actually have a Xeon W-3680 sitting around, but it isn't on their list even though dozens of Xeons are listed. They must be aiming for a min...

Re: Links is back!!!!
-Why does it say release date June 22 when its not out yet....... Did it say the 22nd originally? It says June 28 now. To be significantly better than what we already have, it would need to take full advantage of today's CPUs/GPUs. I would expect lakes and ponds with rippling water, waterfalls that...

Re: Uploading an image from your own PC
Thanks, I had a feeling it was going to be a policy issue and not just a syntax error, because that explains why most images I've ever seen here are for new course uploads or avatars. No biggy.

Uploading an image from your own PC
I tried to do this today, roughly in the format [image]http:///##.##.##.##/C:/folderondrive/image.jpg[/image] where ##.##.##.## is my IP. But that doesn't work. Anyone have the correct syntax to do this? I also tried leaving out the IP, and changing any non-UNIX-allowed filename characters, but no l...

Re: 3 click classic swing glitch for me
I have had this problem occasionally. The ideal solution is to start the game from a fresh boot-up, without running any other programs beforehand. I have an 8GB video card and 8GB of RAM, but Windows is constantly performing some tasks behind the scenes such as memory defragging, and that can inter...

Re: RTS Tips
I tried the Power Stroke too, but I just do not understand it. So, i set for RTS, it was not a planned thing, it just happened. I should give PS a try, I don't think I've even looked at it all these years. Well, I didn't like PS either, I think it's even less intuitive than RTS. Does anyone remembe...
